Ai is the descendent of the founders of the Sakura shrine and one of the few Sakuramoto descendents that was gifted with Sakura’s power who is given the Megami title. Because of her status she often has noble-like mannerisms but tends to have a teasing side due to spending time with Mitsuko. While she was younger she use to be close friends with Reiko but they broke apart due Reiko’s hatred towards Sakura.
